We do not disclose or share any information with any individual or firm outside of our organization. When you complete the assessment surveys online and submit your information for the purpose of calculating scores, values, and planning information, that data is transmitted on secure servers and platforms that have securely processed tens of thousands of these assessments without incident.
When we send your completed assessments, we send them to the email address provided on the order form. In the case of printed copies in NEXIT 360 and NEXIT 360 Elite, those are shipped via FedEx to the address provided on the order form in a sealed box containing a zippered binder.

Electronic versions can usually be delivered within two business days. Again, the BizEquity Valuation can take a little longer. If you purchase NEXIT 360 or NEXIT 360 Elite with the coaching call and printed copies, we will schedule the coaching call to coincide with the arrival of the printed copies.
The short answer is highly sophisticated and continuously updated algorithms, and a simple online interface that allows you to input data for us to process. A typical valuation requires hours of meetings, research, calculations, and a certain amount of subjectivity.
Please note that ultimately, a business is worth exactly what someone is willing to pay for it. And when the time comes, your business (or the buyer) may require a Certified business valuation.
